Elegant AiniDress Women's A-line Tulle Prom Dress | Off-the-Shoulder Formal Evening Gown for Homecoming, Ball & Special Occasions

I ordered this dress in black (for an all black event), and had it customized. I brought and received all of my accessories to match this dress while the dress was being made. When I received the dress it was blue, not black, and the dress maker could not construct me a dress and get it here in time for the event. I was hurt. However, I appreciate them listening to my problem and getting back with me in a good time frame. They refunded my money back and apologized for the inconvenience they had caused. They seem to be honest people. I would purchase from them again. I would just make sure my event is at least 2 months out, so if there were any bloops/ issues, they could fix it. I would give them an 8 for the dress because: it was shipped and received in the time frame initially given, the dress did fit, it really is a beautiful dress, and it truly looked like the picture. I would have to say the company get's a 10 on their communication. My only hag up was that this was an open/ shut case of the dress of a different color, and the stress of finding a new one!!!The dress is very pretty and looks expensive for the price. The color was vibrant. The belt did come loose (unglued), but was easily reattached. I chose to sew it back on.This dress is beautiful, well made, and fit great with the cinch closure in the back. The price was great too!! The dress was everything we expected except for the length. It was too long and had a train in the back which I didn’t expect. Beautiful, but it’s more of a senior ball gown in that regard. I was able to trim along the floor, so for me it wasn’t a big deal. The seller did contact me right after she received the order and asked me to confirm my daughter’s measurements and size of her heels, which were only about 2 inches. The seller also got the dress to us within a few days of ordering, which I was very impressed with as I was expecting it much later, even after paying for expedited shipping. My daughter looked great and she received a lot of complements! I plan to start with this website next year for a senior ball gown! Thank you Jane!I really liked the dress. It was even prettier in person. I was worried with getting a dress online. I heard so many bad stories of people buying dresses online and not getting what they expected. I was so excited to see this dress was so beautiful and fit me perfectly. Im not a skinny woman nor am I fat. My problem is my muscular arms don't look good in a lot of dresses to me. I felt this was a nice dress for me and showed my flat tummy off, lol.Shipping was incredibly fast. Dress was absolutely gorgeous. I would have customized the length if I realized how fast it shipped. My daughter loves it. This is the dark red color size 4.My daughter loved this dress. She wore a 4 wire underskirt because she wanted to add more shape and we didn't have time to get the length altered. Had we steamed it to get wrinkles out and altered it, the dress would have been perfect. She also needed a size down, but we knew that when we ordered and didn't have the time to wait for her size. She still got tons of compliments! Great value for a beautiful dress!The quality of this dress is amazing — fully lined, many layers — much more than I would have expected at this price point. It arrived a week before it was expected, and the fit was perfect, thanks in part to the clever design of the lace-up back. The structure of the dress was a great fit and the hem on the tulle was quality work. It exceeded my expectations. Everything fit as per the sizing chart provided, but the shoulders.
